As a close partner of our sales team, Sales Development Representatives own key components of the sales process including research, outbound prospecting, fostering relationships, and developing qualified prospective clients. 

Our ideal candidate will be able to explain the benefits of our service and approach to business owners and their team members. 

Sales Development Representatives at Renewable Confidence will be partnered with our sales team to foster new opportunities. 

The candidate must demonstrate a strong understanding of how to influence sales opportunities and create leads as well as communicate benefits that relate to individual organizational business needs.

What you’ll be doing…

This Sales Development Rep will work closely with the Sales Team to create opportunities for the Renewable Confidence coaching team.

  • Develop sales leads across multiple geographies and industries
  • Create outreach strategies using phone, direct messaging and email
  • Book appointments for the Sales Team.  
  • Communicate customer needs and product feedback to the Sales Team 
  • Working with the Sales Team to develop even better processes for creating new meetings and opportunities
  • Meet with Renewable Confidence clients remotely or in-person as part of sales or service engagements

You will need to have…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or comparable field
  • Experience in a training and development organization
  • Experience in sales development or direct sales in a B2B environment
