Introducing a Brand New format for Monday mornings! Years ago, when I was in the financial services industry, we had sales meetings the first thing every Monday morning.

These meetings set the tone for the entire week and helped provide the focus that the team needed.

These episodes will be called The The Monday Morning Check In.

In the spirit of those meetings, I am placing all of us on a virtual sales call, so to speak, and providing similar direction that was helpful to me all those years ago.

New Theme Each Week

To keep things fresh, each week will have a different theme.

To keep these sessions easy to produce, I will not be providing the usual transcript on these episodes.

Accountability

In each episode, I am going to ask you to send me your commitment for the week. Usually, this will tie directly to the subject of the podcast.
